Dear Adventurers,

Holy wow, we finally did it! After nearly three years we left that one site! We're so happy to be here where we have way more access to how your experience as our treasured customers happens. And it's just in time for our 3rd anniversary!!!

It's no secret that drops are hard. We've spent the past few weeks shopping them on various sites to try and get a feel for what you're experiencing. The panic! The scramble! Oh no, someone bought that thing I've been looking for all my life! Nothing is loading, why is nothing loading?!?! F5 F5 F5.

It was actually shopping a drop on that one site that finally prompted us to throw up our hands and say YEAH we're out of here. That, combined with some of their recently policies regarding offsite adds and the ridiculous fees they've enacted in the past two years, we started getting very serious about moving elsewhere.

We didn't have time to plan out a super cool site with all the fancy bells and whistles like we wanted, but we figured this is a good landing place for now where we can offer people a functional shopping experience.

Many of our policies remain the same but some are different:

• No cancellations or returns. We have a pretty strong stance on the cancellations because we find that people will buy things to "hold" them, and then we are tasked with the work of re-listing. We would prefer people not do this. If you have a very compelling reason why you need to cancel, go ahead and contact us and we might be able to help.
  
  
• Shipping is now all calculated, so domestic AND international buyers can shop at their leisure. No need to message us! We will be shipping all things in plain brown boxes with a nondescript return label for privacy. If you have other questions about this check out our shipping policies here.
  
  
• Which payment types are you accepting? Pretty much everything except Pay℗al. We do apologize if this is inconvenient for you, and we could go into a lengthy explanation about why, but the TLDR is we will not, and do not ever plan to integrate their payments into the store.
  
  
• All the discount codes previously issued will be honored, but because they were originally intended to be single use codes but that one site wouldn't let us do that, you will only be able to use them ONE time per quarter (Q220 is active until 7/1/20). That means USE IT WISELY because you can only use it ONE time. 

PRE-SHOP THE DROP!

We are going to try out a new thing this week which is the option to Pre-Shop the drop. You will be able to view things early, but they will read "Sold Out" until Thursday, 5/14 at 8PM EST. This will **likely** open up about an hour or two before the drop takes place. Please do not message us asking if you can buy something early because you cannot. Everything else about the drop will be normal. This is a new idea and we may not continue doing it but we hope that this will allow people a better chance at getting what they actually want!

If you haven't already, check out our models via the drop down menu under "Our Models" before the drop to make sure that that large you're eyeing is actually something you want and isn't going to turn into a fancy paper weight. And check out the FAQ for almost all the answers to all the questions you ever wanted to know and maybe some you didn't.
