CANCELLATIONS 

Thank you for supporting our work. Because we operate as a very small team and begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, we’re not able to offer cancellations once an order has been submitted. This approach helps us keep our ND brain squirrels remain organized, maintain a manageable workflow, and ensure that orders move through our system without delays or miscommunications.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a refund. Please reach out within a 7 days with your order information and photos of the issue, and we will address it as soon as we're able.

If you ever have questions before purchasing please feel free to contact us. Thank you for your understanding and for being part of our community.

REFUNDS

Due to the nature of the product we will not process refunds for reasons including but not limited to:

• Wrong size/firmness/model/colors ordered by the customer (We provide extensive details in each listing. It's up to you to read the listing details provided and know what is correct for your body and tastes)
• Buyer's Remorse (Please purchase responsibly)
• Items that are lost, stolen, or damaged after receipt.
• Items that are lost, stolen or damaged by our shipping carrier (USPS). See our shipping policy for help filing claims.
• Items sold as flops.
• Items sold during special sales (Black Friday/Year End, etc)

Please inspect your toy thoroughly before opening the bag. DO NOT OPEN THE BAG. If you discover any issues that we did not document at the time of the sale, take clear, well lit photos, and contact us immediately. 

We will be unable to provide assistance unless you contact us within 7 days from the date and time your item was marked delivered by our shipping carrier.

Refunds/discounts may be possible on a case by case basis for manufacturing issues that were undocumented at the time of the sale, and will be offered entirely at our discretion. We will not refund items sold as a flop, as the flaws have been noted in the listing and it is your responsibility to read the listing. 

Removing your item from/tampering with the items original packaging can void our ability to discount/refund your purchase!

We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders at our discretion.

We reserve the right to ban users from patronizing our shop at any time.

Use of any software, automated tools, or bots that interact with our site in any way is prohibited. Any party found using such tools is subject to being banned from patronizing our shop.
