Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIMES

We currently have a processing time of about 2-10 business days. We usually process orders between M-F 7AM-3PM.

For example: If you place an order late on Friday night or on the weekend, it will likely NOT have any updates until the following week. 

We try to be true to our specified processing times but if that changes, we will do our best to let you know ASAP. We do not offer expedited shipping, so if you need your item by a specific date, please consider our processing times before placing an order.


SHIPPING

  • We ship discreetly! Items are packed in a plain, unmarked brown box, with a typical white shipping label. The return address reads “PF, Our Address”.

  • International orders will include a description of the contents that reads "Silicone Sculpture".

  • We seal our toys in a clear bag, and wrap the items in recyclable kraft paper. We include a tri-folded packing sheet, and extra squishes or stickers if we have them.

  • We require a full name, full correct address, and correct email address or phone number for tracking updates. Using an alias or the short form of your address may cause problems for USPS, particularly for International shipments.

  • All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Expedited (International). We are unable to offer any additional carriers at this time.

  • You will be provided with a tracking number, which will update within 24 hours of being generated to read "Pre-Shipment".

  • Domestic orders are generally delivered within 3-14 days after your order leaves our hands. International orders can take up to 8 weeks or more depending on delays.

  • If your order is marked undeliverable and returned to us, we will contact you at the email you used to place the order with an invoice for the cost of re-shipping the item to an address you provide. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will refund your item.

  • If you suspect you've input an address incorrectly, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses so be sure to check your address BEFORE you purchase. We MAY be able to assist, but we cannot guarantee this.

  • In the case that you do not realize you've input an incorrect address until you get your shipping notification email, you can attempt a package intercept via the USPS: https://www.usps.com/manage/package-intercept.htm

  • We are unable to hold orders for delayed shipping.

  • We will not change the addressee of a package unless requested from the original email of the purchaser. Keeping our customer info private is of the utmost importance to us.


DOMESTIC SPECIFIC (USPS)

  • Once the item has been received by the carrier, the tracking number will update with the next available information.
  • For common questions about package status please see this page.
  • Please contact us for documents that will assist you in filing a missing mail claim if your tracking has not updated for 7 mail days.
  • If you suspect that your order has been lost (undelivered for more than 15 mail days), stolen or was damaged upon receipt, please contact us for documents that will assist you in filing a domestic claim.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (UNAVILABLE UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED)

  • International customers must provide a phone number or email.
  • International orders may be subject to duties/taxes/fees.
  • The final cost of fees will be determined by the local country's regulations. Customers are wholly responsible for being aware of and paying for their country's specific fees.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are returned, refused or abandoned, and will not re-ship or refund the order unless a mistake was proven to be made by us on the customs form.
  • For severely delayed international orders (more than 8 weeks), please contact us for assistance.
