Each extra large serving of scrambled eggies comes with an assortment of egg plugs, pens, and seamless, plus a garnish of one sort or another. Bought individually at full price, each bag would contain $300-$350 worth of our egg type offerings in mixed firmness, size and colors. We try to make sure each batch is pretty diverse but there is no way to guarantee you will get mostly soft firmness or mostly pastels. It is luck of the draw.
