2020 BEST OF THE WORST YEAR MADE TO ORDER SALE!

Hello Adventurers,

It's been a HECK of a year! We've had some cursed weeks, and some wonderful weeks. We decided to offer y'all a chance at getting some of our BEST colors from the WORST year.

We will be putting this text in A LOT of places so that there's no confusion about any of this:

Made to orders are not the same as customs! Customs are just that…custom, whatever you want however you want. Made to Orders are more like ordering off a menu. Our listings serve as the menu for the colors. Each one is a color type we are offering and then in the listing you can pick which model and firmness that color is made in.

If you use any listing and select “Large+Gnoll+Soft” you will receive a Soft Large Gnoll in the color for the listing you've chosen.

Now that you understand the basics here are some additional details:

1. There is one slot open for each design in each firmness in each color. This is because we only have so many molds available. When you place your order that mold gets set aside for you and it is not available for someone else to order a second of the same thing.

2. Made to Orders will become unavailable when a) All of the slots for that color are full, b) we close out MTOs at the end of Tuesday, or c) we reach our maximum total number of orders where we can get everything turned around in a timely manner. We wish we could take an unlimited number of orders but there’s only a few of us goblins and we want to ship things to you quickly AND sleep sometimes.

3. Made to Orders do not come with approval photos like our customs do. These are colors we are great at casting but there will always be a good deal of variability so make sure you are ok with that.

4. Not every model and/or firmness is available for every color. For example, some models do not make good drips and are removed as options while other models are currently on hiatus while we make shiny new molds for them.

SOME OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

-The listing photos are for reference, if you're uncomfortable with things possibly looking different from the example photos, these may not be for you. We'll do our best to match but as silicone is a liquid medium we can make no guarantees that they will look EXACTLY like the photos. UV/Glow effects may also vary from the photos.

-We can combine your orders but you will not likely receive them until the end of the estimated wait time of 6 weeks. You will receive a single tracking number, and a shipping refund for excess once your items ship.

-Because these MTO slots are offered at no upcharge for special colorations, the discount is minimal (10% off). It will show up IN YOUR CART, not off the items! If you have any issues with things not being discounted, send us a message with your order number and we will sort it out ASAP.

-We will be putting up pre-shop listings at 6PM EST with the full spectrum of colors/models offered. These listings are in effect "dummy listings" and will disappear at 7:55PM EST. If you're the type who has multiple windows open with your stuff ready to go, unfortunately you'll need to refresh at 8PM EST and open the actual listings that you can purchase from.
